Resistor Trimming
ALT utilizes high-speed galvo based systems, and trims both thick and thin film resistors. We build probe cards onsite and specialize in quick-turn and high quality.
Trimming is a down-stream process, so you have already invested heavily in your product by the time it is ready to send to a trimming service. Our processes are designed to minimize risk to this investment by utilizing the most appropriate trim techniques and frequent in-process testing.
ALT has also invested in new technology that provides embedded component trimming capability. This service is an ALT exclusive.
