The Laser Process is especially well suited to the machining of custom gaskets and spacers. Cut from sheets of a large variety of ceramic, organic or metal materials, the results are fast and precise, without the need for special tooling, fixtures, dies, molds, etc. We have processed gaskets and spacers for a diverse group of markets, including medical, semiconductor, automotive, sensor, industrial, and aerospace.  Complex patterns and tight tolerances are not a problem for the laser process, and the speed and precision are perfect for large volume or prototype work.
